I'd like to quickly mention about something in the rules.
I roleplay on many forums where posts are placed in the first person. You can easily show actions and words in first person of two or more people. Having the rules limit a way of roleplay will deter people from joining.
First person also allows for longer posts and more detailed characters, while third person limits the details of the characters and shortens the post. "Being" a character is a lot more effective then third person. Just a suggestion.
And where's the games thread >(
Oh, yeah, you should also have a place where other people can advertise their forums. Not everyone has Neopets, and forums often end up being joined by people outside of whatever site the owner(s) originally came from.

Well, the reason why we did that is because we're kinda old school--we've been roleplaying for 7+ years--and so roleplaying in third person seems to be the most common form in our experience. Many people seem to also prefer that a lot. However, we'll definitely keep that suggestion in mind, and I'll relay it back to Diritus to see what she thinks. And where's the games thread >( Games Board? Can you please elaborate? Oh, yeah, you should also have a place where other people can advertise their forums. I've been roleplaying about six years myself, and while on Neopets third person appears to be popular and preferred, forums tend to span more towards the first person side. But thank you for considering.
YES, a games board. Where members can post up games they've found on other forums. I know many and will quickly dominate x3

Any and all games threads can be started in the random chat board....that i might have forgotten to add.......
As for the first person thing, I really really hate that format. And having third person RPers blending with first person RPers would drive me up the wall. In my experience, the worst RPers I've ever come across tended to write in first person. It, in most amatuers, promotes a sense that you are RPing yourself with different powers or looks, leading to poorly made OCs. I'm sorry, I cannot budge on the first person rule. I will budge on tense, but not PoV.

The common rooms don't seem the most active ; ; besides the lounge. Maybe.. Have some of the deadmen work and help operate some of the rooms? This way, if you guys come up with more rooms, people can help operate them like a small job to earn candy? Ooh and maybe a suggestion for rooms maybe even stores? like the Ramen shop they had in DW? Or a like a small MISC. shop (Cause I don't know how else Toto would've gotten the Toy Gun)? Ahh And I know this is for CP suggestions, but maybe they can work to have their own pass into the Carnival and spend a day being a guest in the Carnival? Maybe.. small jobs like running a circus or operating the rides since the prisoners do keep the amusement park running... (Ahh non sense rambling sorry x.x;;  |

Yosuga, I feel that the working for CP or candy for a certain amount of time is a good idea. It'll need some work to get fully up and running, but that does sound very good. We'll get right on talking about that as soon as my site partner returns. Thank you for being so clever and helpful to us ^^

I don't mind >< I like helping, sorry I haven't been very active ;o;. I just thought maybe it shouldn't stay just within the G-block area, maybe outside into the carnival also like they showed a bit in the manga.

That's a very good point. I might make a new board section...and i've been meaning to make a section on here for administrational characters, like makina and the other officers, and tamaki, and all that.

Wow I just now got to reading all of this and littletoygun you're a genius! I mean like you said the prisoners do have to work the carnivals to keep them going, might be a good way to earn cp or candy. Along with having someone runs the g ward threads would also be helpful with new coming members, not to mention when admin characters come in to play. The site will be bustling. Not to mention if maybe some of the deadmen got jobs at the shop around there, like the ramen shop, a misc. shop, a clothing shop, a weapons shop, furniture, a pizza shop (japanese style pizza houses are a freaking mazing) let them earn cp every seven days in our time rather than every fourteen days like in real life XD maybe earn candy every month or so for like a bonus? but of course you'd have to limit employees to like one person running it so not everyone here can go *I wanna be a shop owner* Same with the carnivals. I mean, what else would the deadmen do with their time when not training and fighting?

They would create a lot more rebel groups like Scar Chain which I think were weapons stolen from the guards themselves. deadmen are strong enough without weapons o.o |

I really like the whole shop ideas! To be honest I was wondering where all the Deadmen bought their things as I watched the anime. I just assumed there was a shop somewhere inside the prison where they could spend their cp.
